3. Bookings and Appointments

3.1 Booking Process:

• Appointments can be booked online, via email at hello@classclean.co.uk, or by phone at 0800 009 6196.

• Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email or SMS.

3.2 Rescheduling and Cancellations:

• Rescheduling is free if requested at least 48 hours before your appointment.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

4. Payments

4.1 Payment Methods:

• Payments can be made online via secure payment links, by bank transfer, or in cash.

4.2 Late Payments:

• Payments must be completed within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

• Late payments may incur a 5% late fee for every 7 days overdue.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure access to the property at the agreed-upon time.

• Remove fragile or valuable items before cleaning begins.

• Inform us of any specific requirements, allergies, or restrictions related to cleaning products.

6. Liability

6.1 Damages:

• We take great care in our work; however, any damages caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

• We are only liable for damages caused by proven negligence.

6.2 Exclusions:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues arising from poor maintenance of the property.

7. Complaints and Refunds

• Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning service.

• We will investigate and, if necessary, offer a re-clean or partial refund based on the situation.
