Following each cleaning, an invoice will be automatically sent via email and text. You can conveniently process your payment online through the provided link, or pay cash after the clean.
We understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge up to 24 hours in advance. For cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
You’ll receive an automated email 3 days prior and a text 2 days before your cleaning appointment. This ensures you’re always informed and gives you the flexibility to request any changes by simply contacting us.
